Agreement and Accurate Information
By accessing the store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked from this site. You must provide accurate order, billing, contact, and delivery information and use the service only for lawful purposes.
Product pages describe the available squishy sensory toys, tactile stress-relief toys, and playful novelty items. Availability and pricing may change before an order is accepted, and obvious errors may be corrected as permitted by law.

Order Lifecycle
The United States is the store's sole shipping market, and every order receives free standard delivery. Orders generally require 1–2 business days to process, followed by an estimated 4–6 business days in transit, and tracking information is provided.
Customers can ask to cancel an order before it ships. Once dispatch occurs, any return or refund request proceeds under the Refund Policy.
Customer Remedies
A no-reason return or exchange may be requested within 30 days after delivery. NeeDoh pays approved return shipping for no-reason requests and for damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or missing merchandise.
Custom goods, clearance or Final Sale items, gift cards, and opened intimate or hygiene-sensitive items are excluded only from no-reason returns; defect and nonconformity rights remain intact.
Following receipt, inspection, and approval, we issue the refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

The transaction currency is U.S. dollars (USD); available checkout methods can include Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, JCB, Diners Club, Discover. We charge taxes when required by applicable law and make no blanket representation that purchases are tax-free.
