This Payment Policy explains currency, accepted cards, authorization, taxes, and refunds at NeeDoh.

About Credit/Debit Card

The transaction currency is USD. Supported credit and debit card brands are Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, JCB, Diners Club, Discover, subject to the options presented during checkout.

Authorization and Security

Shopify and authorized payment providers encrypt and process payment details. NeeDoh does not retain full card numbers or security codes.

A card issuer may authorize, decline, verify, or temporarily hold a transaction under its own procedures.

Billing Accuracy and Fraud Review

A customer needs to enter accurate billing and contact information. When a payment is declined, verify the details or contact the issuer.

We may review or cancel an order when payment cannot be authorized or a fraud-screening check identifies material risk.

Credits and Applicable Taxes

An approved refund is sent to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the return is received, inspected, and approved; issuer posting can take longer.
